Kilka informacji:

This is hands-down our favorite release that we've ever done. It's over 60 minutes of song onslaught, 18 tracks in the digital edition and 19 tracks in the LP/CD/Cassette editions. It was co-produced, mixed, and mastered by Sun Glitters, who we very much consider a secret third member of AAS - this album would not be what it is without him. Contributions also from Airøspace and Serengeti, two incredible MCs that we were very fortunate to be able to work with on this album. Besides the music, we can also say that the artwork for this album is awesome. Photography was done by two very talented young artists from Chicago, Dennis Larance and Spencer Hopkins (who's also on the album cover). Artwork layout was done by our long-time friend Caleb of Ericrock / Artproof (who also did the artwork for Black Paris 86).

We don't know what the future holds, but we do know that we're extremely happy with how this thing turned out. We hope that you'll take a listen with an open mind, and we hope that you'll take the hour to listen carefully straight through. And, preferably on vinyl - this album was definitely meant for it. Everyone involved worked extremely hard on this release, and we hope that you'll enjoy what you hear.

Here's the scoop on available formats and pre-ordering:

2xLP (standard black) - limited to 373 copies
2xLP (translucent w/ black smoke) - limited to 127 copies
2xLP (test press) - 7 (signed) copies available as part of the Full Collection pack
1xLP (lathe cut) - limited to 17 copies
CD (Digipak)
Cassette Tape - limited to 107 copies
Digital (24-bit WAV, 16-bit WAV, FLAC, Lossless, 320-kbps MP3)

An additional track is included in all physical formats (CD + cassette + vinyl) but is not available as a digital download in any way. This means that the only way to hear the bonus track is by spinning the record, playing the CD and cassette tape, or waiting for someone to rip one of these and illegally upload the track on the world wide web.

All pre-orders will receive an instant download of the 1st single 'Time Will Tell' and the 2nd single 'Hollow Body Hold (feat. Serengeti)', to be released soon. All pre-orders will also receive a free download of instrumental versions of album tracks. Download links will be sent via email after the January 27, 2017 album release date. If you don't pre-order, you'll be able to buy the instrumental versions separately at a later time.

Most European pre-orders will be shipping from Europe, so we are happy to let you know that shipping rates will not be outrageous for our European friends. (Except for the lathe cut vinyl edition - that'll be shipping from North America unfortunately, so the shipping cost for Europe will be higher.) For everyone outside of North America and Europe, shipping fees will be outrageous and we are sorry about that. Due to limitations on how we can set up shipping options on Bandcamp, we will ask anyone ordering from outside of North America and Europe to email us first at hello@armsandsleepers.com.

US folks will notice that the shipping fees are a bit higher than usual. This is because we've added on the additional costs we usually incur to the shipping fees. These costs include the percentage that Bandcamp and PayPal take from each online order and packaging material expenses (largely applicable to vinyl orders). As this album is almost entirely self-funded, we have to offset these costs while trying to maintain fair pricing as we've always done. You shouldn't see much of a difference, but we wanted to give you a heads up.

All physical orders will ship at the end of February 2017. The digital version will be available on January 27, 2017 unless you order the Full Collection pack, in which case you'll get an early download of the album on January 1, 2017. The album will be up and running on iTunes, Spotify, and all those platforms starting on January 27, 2017 as well, but the best way to support our music is by ordering directly from us. As we are self-releasing this album, it's important now more than ever.
